**SilkyProductions** Exclusivity Declaration for -

Bespoke Private Commissions, Leaseholds & Public Sales - Terms of Re-Sale

1. In the Event of a Leasehold Agreement bieng made between Builder and Owner/client,
the Map File will be eligible for resale either wholly or in part, 
publicly upon the period of lease reaching its end,
according to the term of duration deal between the above parties.

2. Exclusive Permanent Full Purchases -
a) If the Owner shall either leave the gameworld or go inactive and unresponsive for 2 years,
The Map file will default to the Builders control and become a saleable asset once more.
b) The Owner may share the file but may NOT resell it as their own work in a public location.
All Silky Production assets contain microdots and concealed Builder Stamps, 
and it is a simple matter to prove the real builder identity.
c) Generic Items within a bespoke map - ie furniture, art, bathroom fittings etc etc REMAINS intellectual property of the company and may be freely re-used on other files by the company as required.
It is the COMBINED mapfile that is considered the exclusive artwork item owned by the buyer. 

*Only specific, highly individual & unique pieces constructed by specific order will be exempt from rule 2 subsection C.
EXAMPLE - Characters from a movie (Nightmare Before Xmas), contained within a mapfile built to the movie set design concept (Halloween Town).

3. Publicly Sold Files - NOT Exclusive (3dxchatstore.com)

Once purchased, the Buyer is free to do whatever they wish with the file but may NOT - resell the file on a public platform as their own work.
Silky Productions are more than happy to mod these files further to specific instructions, whereupon that file version becomes Exclusive to that client (see rule 2).

4. By Purchasing a File from Silky Productions, you agree to the above terms.
