The Island – a high-quality entertainment complex featuring multiple areas.
Main areas:
Club – dance floor, lounges, kinky zones, stripper stage, and various dance spots.
Rooftop Pool – with its own bar and dance floor, allowing the room to be opened as a standalone pool venue.
Beach – spacious outdoor area with great views and atmosphere.
The room is multifunctional and can be used in different ways — just make sure to place the entrance spot in the proper area. The interior part of the complex is optimized for night mode, but it also works well with other skyboxes. The pool and beach look great under any skybox.
Most key surfaces and neon outlines are grouped, allowing you to easily customize large sections with one click by changing colors or textures. Watch the video for more details.

Simplified version – with fewer objects (some fountains and furniture removed) for better performance.
