I did design the Riquelme House No.14 ingame and did place it close to the river Rio Grande. You can go swimming, bathing and surfing all time long. For interior designing I did add some designs of Andree Putman (e.g. the bathroom). The room works perfect with any day- and nighttime settings.
Note:Surfing! The object has a bug since the last 3dx update of the surfboard; it has no colliosion function. I did add a small object inside the surf-board to stand on it 🙂
