Oceanview Island is a project I recently started and wanted to share it.
This island has multiple different things Such as:
A Beautiful house with surrounding trees and grass and foliage
Parking lot, an outside beach-themed pool area
Bathroom with a hot-tub, and a shower
Two rooms upstairs
Fancy couch with tv and tv-stand with snacks
Outside deck area, along with a outside foutain seating area
3 different “vending machines” that feature all in-game vapes, drinks, and most of the foods. 
Please note: Updates are planned for more things to be added, and fixes if needed when I get the time. Potential changes in the future: Materials, Furniture, and other things to make this Oceanview Island even better.
