This concept house comes from a real zero impact house project. The wide flat roofs are made to collect the most rain water possible in order collect it, purify it and use it in the whole house. The solar modules on the roof also guarantees enough energy to run every electrical device and the water plant.
I decided to give a 3dxchat own style to this place.. from the little harbor you can reach by (tp)boat a private beach to chill out and a yacht to rock your parties.
