This is a replica of the default Villa, from the now closed Chathouse 3D. It was developed for the 3Dx environment; if after purchasing you want a copy which has been optimised for other platforms, just contact me. All furniture, lighting, fixtures and artwork have been carefully reproduced; with only a couple deviations from the original (usable pool, tub and teleport to beach from balcony door). The build has lighting features, so it functions equally well as the Day Villa and the Night Villa.
