Vendor Terms and Conditions

1. Vendor Eligibility & Conduct

  • Requirements: Vendors must be 18+, hold an active 3DXChat subscription, and provide a profile screenshot for verification. Joining our Discord is mandatory for communication.
  • Professionalism: English is the primary language. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, aggression, or unprofessional behavior toward admin,staff or customers.
  • Account Authority: 3DXChatStore reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion to maintain platform integrity.

2. Originality & Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All products must be 100% created by the seller. Using, modifying, or reselling shared, gifted, or third-party builds is strictly prohibited.
  • Infringement: Proven copyright theft results in immediate account termination. Any revenue from infringing products will be permanently forfeited.
  • Reselling: Reselling products purchased from this site is strictly forbidden for both sellers and buyers.

3. Product Standards & Review

  • Approval: All uploads undergo a 24-hour review for quality, authenticity, and technical optimization (3DXChat-ready world files).
  • Presentation: Titles and descriptions must be accurate, professional, and free of vulgarity.
  • Accuracy: Sellers are responsible for ensuring the uploaded file matches the product description and thumbnail.

4. Order Fulfillment & Support

  • Seller Duty: Sellers are responsible for hosting their files (on-site or external) and providing functional download links.
  • After-Sales Service: Sellers must provide continuous support to buyers and fix any broken or misleading files promptly.

5. Payments, Fees & Refunds

  • Commission: A 30% commission is deducted from every successful sale.
  • Payouts: Funds are held for 7 days to clear potential disputes. The minimum withdrawal is $50 USD, subject to a 3% + $1.00 fee.
  • Refunds: No refunds are issued unless the product is non-functional or significantly misrepresented. Compatibility issues with non-official games are not eligible for refunds.

6. Liability & Indemnity

  • Taxes: Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying their own income taxes.
  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify 3DXChatStore against any legal claims arising from your breach of this contract or third-party rights.
  • Warranty: The site is provided "As Is." We are not liable for user-generated content or service interruptions.
  • STRICT RULES

Forbidden: selling 3D objects or rooms created by other builders. Originality is paramount. Stores found violating this rule will be terminated immediately.

3DXCHATSTORE.COM MARKETPLACE AGREEMENT

By creating the Creator Account in 3dxchatstore.com, you agreeing to the Terms and Condition (“T&c”) that listed below in the agreement, you will be prompted to accept these terms by clicking a button. Clicking a button or using any 3DXChatstore.com Marketplace service indicates that you had read, understood and accepted this T&C. If you do not accept this T&C, you must not use any Marketplace service provided by 3DXChatstore.com.

1. DEFINITIONS

  1. “Marketplace” means an online marketplace operated by 3DXChatstore.com allowing Seller to promote and/or to transact seller products, e.g : world.file or any form of documents that meant to be a sellable products to buyers.
  2. “Creators” means Sellers that create a Vendor account on 3dxchatstore.com to perform selling activities. All Sellers are required to be in Active User Subscription with 3DXChat Official Game.
  3. “Buyers” means designated entities interested in or obtaining a right to access and use a Seller product through the Marketplace (3dxchatstore.com website).
  4. “Creator Dashboard” means the tool that provided by 3dxchatstore.com to Seller to access to their orders, transaction, reports etc.
  5. “Vendor Account” means user account registration by Creator (“Sellers”).
  6. “Marketing Material” means any documents, information, and other content provided by or on behalf of Seller for or in connection with the marketing and/or provision of the Seller Product. Marketing Material includes trademarks, designations and logos in the form provided by Seller to 3dxchatstore.com (with any modifications to optimize their viewing). Marketing Material is part of the Seller Product.
  7. “Products” means any digital downloads from the 3dxchatstore.com or Redirect Seller’s External Website (External link/Affiliates)

2. Vendor Account Approval

1. Before the Vendor account to be approved by the Admin of 3dxchatstore.com, the seller must fulfill the following eligibility:

    • All users that registered and use of this Site must be age 18+ and above.
    • An active user subscription user with 3DXChat Official Game.
    • Provide a Screenshot of current Game Profile to indicate your active subscription.
    • Join our 3DXChatstore Discord to remain contactable by the 3DXChat Store Admin and Customers.
    • Ability to understand the after sales service is to be fulfilled by Sellers, and provide continuous support for customer who had purchased from the seller.
    • Capable of creating usable world.file from 3DXChat World Editor and have certain level of building experience with the use of 3DXChat World Editor.
    • Not allowed to use any work that is not created by seller, either with public share builds, modified version or gifted builds. All products listed in the Site must be fully created by Seller to avoid any copyright dispute.
  2. Rejected Vendor Account Registration.
    • 3DXChat Store has all right to approve or reject the Vendor Account based on sole discretion.
    • Sellers are allowed to re-register again when the condition listed in this section are meet.
  3. 3dxchatstore.com take importance of the quality, credibility and trustworthy Creators (“Sellers”) with us to ensure our buyer satisfaction. The Store Admin has all right to reject any suspicious Vendor Registration without any given reason.

3. Language and Communication Policy

  1. Primary Language
  • The primary language of communication on the platform is English.
  • Sellers are required to have a basic understanding of English to communicate effectively with the platform’s administrators and customers.
  • If necessary, sellers may use translation tools (e.g., Google Translate) to facilitate communication.

2. Professional Conduct

  • All communication must be polite, respectful, and professional.
  • Language abuse, offensive remarks, or disrespectful behavior toward platform administrators, customers, or other users is strictly prohibited.

3. Business Ethics and Etiquette

  • Sellers are expected to maintain a good standard of business ethics and etiquette in all interactions.
  • Prompt and clear responses to customer inquiries or platform requests are mandatory.
  • Miscommunication or misunderstandings should be addressed calmly and professionally.

4. Unacceptable Behavior

  • Any form of aggression, harassment, or unprofessional conduct deemed unacceptable by the platform will result in immediate action.
  • The platform reserves the right to terminate a seller’s account with immediate effect if their behavior violates this policy.

5. Account Termination

  • In cases of repeated or severe violations of this policy, the platform may suspend or permanently terminate the seller’s account without prior notice.
  • No refunds or compensations will be provided in such cases.

4. Order fulfillment by Sellers

  • Sellers must fulfil the orders to the Buyers with the Product presented on the product page.
  • Sellers must answer and attend to Buyers after purchase inquiries and responsible to fix if the file is unusable or misleading in the selling content.
  • The proof of purchase shall be appeared in both Seller and Buyer payment account to serve as a proof. The admin has the right to request the screenshot of any proof of invoice of your payment account if needed for solving ticket issues.
  • The Order is fulfilled by the Sellers in their own choice of hosting the Download file in the Store Site (”3dxchatstore.com”) or own hosted storage (For eg : Clouds, Amazon, Google drive, etc). The Seller own full rights of their own files. For Sellers that host their own storage of their download file, will provide a link to download the purchase file. The download file is stored with the Seller’s provided download link only, it will not appeared under the Customer Account ‘Download section’.
  • Buyer who proceed to purchase and check out the item are agreed with the download terms above as said. 

5. Payment and Billing

  • For Seller that using ‘External/Affiliate Link’ that redirects customer check out to their own payment gateway, are liable to fulfill the File download to the customer once payment is successfully made. 3dxchatstore.com do not store any external file or liable to any file failed to be provided by Seller with external payment gateway. 
  • For any Services, 3dxchatstore.com does not represent either the seller or the buyer in specific transactions.
    • 3dxchatstore.com does not control and is not liable to or responsible for the quality, safety, lawfulness or availability of the products or services offered for sales on the Sites or the ability of the sellers to complete a sale or the ability of buyers to complete a purchase.
    • 3dxchatstore.com does not liable for any payment failed released from Seller’s own payment gateway. Seller must resolve this issue to their payment gateway company accordingly. Thus again, it is Seller’s own responsibility to test the payment working before starting any selling activities.
  • If any parties facing any disputes kindly resolve instantly by open communication in Discord to keep as record.
  • 3DXChatstore.com do not have any partnership or agreement with any payment gateway. Any termination of your Paypal account will be hold own responsibility as Paypal might detect this selling activities from sexual content related website.

6. Taxes

  • Seller owns the responsibility to report any income taxes in respect of their country requirement.

7. Fees

  • 3dxchatstore.com will deduct a percentage commission from the Seller’s successful sales, as agreed upon during the Seller’s Store registration process.

8. Claims of Copyright infringement

  • If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit your complaint here. We respond quickly to the the concerns of rights owners about any alleged infringement.
  • If you prefer to submit a report in writing, please provide us with this information :
    • A proof that showing you are the owner of the subject, either by way of submitting any image proof of your work, or your previous sharing location.
    • A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on this site. (url link, screenshots pointing out the objects or room)
  • Our site takes very serious of copy work from others and fake claim it as yours and sell it without the consent of the object owner. The account will be terminated immediately if the complaint/report is proven true.
  •  For Creator self protection from claims, kindly use only your own build creations in sell rooms. Even modified version of any pre-existing owned room is not recommended. 
  • The sale of any room containing another builder’s objects is considered a fraudulent act. All sales income from such rooms will be forfeited and is not eligible for withdrawal to the seller.

9. Using, modifying existing rooms/objects own by others not allowed.

  • All Creators are strictly not allowed to import, use, modify or remake any existing shared items by other builders in a sale room. Please practice due diligence to avoid any risk, claims or complication.
  • Continuous offences in this section will result in Vendor account termination (Section 11).

10. Product Review and Approval Process

To maintain the quality and integrity of our platform, all products uploaded by sellers will undergo a review process before being approved or rejected. The review will be based on the following criteria:

  1. Authenticity of Work
  • The product must be an original creation of the seller.

  • Plagiarized or stolen designs will be rejected.

2. Display Standards and Presentation

  • Product titles must be appropriate and should not contain any vulgar language or sensitive terms.
  • Products must be presented in a professional and visually appealing manner.
  • Clear and accurate descriptions, file formats (world file only), and compatibility details, must accompany the product.

  • Thumbnails and preview images must accurately represent the product.

3. Technical Quality

  • The 3D model must be properly optimized for its intended use (e.g., 3DXChat Official game-ready).

4. Compliance with Platform Guidelines

  • Products must adhere to the platform’s content policies, including restrictions on prohibited or offensive material.
  • File formats must align with the platform’s supported formats.
  • Metadata, tags, and categories must be relevant and accurately describe the product.

5. Additional Considerations

  • Products may be rejected if they are deemed low-quality, incomplete, or misleading.
  • Sellers may be required to provide additional documentation or proof of authenticity if requested.
  • The platform reserves the right to reject or remove any product that does not meet the above standards.

6. Review Timeline

  • Products will typically be reviewed within 24 hours.
  • Sellers will be notified of the approval or rejection status via email or their account dashboard.

7. Appeals Process

  • If a product is rejected, sellers may appeal the decision by providing additional information or making necessary revisions.
  • The platform’s decision on approval or rejection is final and binding.

11. Reselling is FORBIDDEN (Sellers and Buyers)

  • 3dxchatstore.com takes this very seriously as any products purchased from here are prohibited for reselling purpose. 
  • 3dxchatstore.com are open to any reviews or reports if such complaints is submitted. 
  • If any users abuse this will be kicked out from the site without any notice. 

12. Termination

  • 3DXChatstore.com has all rights to terminate a Seller’s store without any notice in any case that will jeopardies 3DXChatstore.com with the result of Seller’s wrongful act.
  • 3DXChatstore.com owns the right to disable Seller’s store in the event of any unresolve dispute temporary until the dispute has been resolved and to resume the Seller’s store in the future with strict consideration. Temporary disable may take up 2 weeks for investigation. 
  • Definition of wrongful act:
    • Dishonest in product presentation and actual product received.
    • Failed to perform seller duty to serve Buyer’s inquiries (After purchase inquiries)
    • Misconduct outside of the Website that result in defamation to 3DXChatstore.com.
    • Posting baseless comments or content defaming 3DXChatstore.com.
    • be unlawful, or tend to incite another person to commit a crime;
    • be obscene, offensive, threatening, violent, malicious or defamatory;
    • infringe any laws, third party rights or our policies;
    • be likely to deceive any person or be used to impersonate any person, or to misrepresent your identity, age or affiliation with any person;
    • use a Posting to solicit responses unconnected with the purpose of Our Website or the terms proposed by this agreement.
    • Sell on Our Website if you are not eligible (Under Section 2), are under the age of 18 or are suspended from selling on Our Website;
    • circumvent or manipulate our fee structure, the billing process.

    • distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm Our Website or the interests or property of 3DXChatstore.com users;
    • harvest or otherwise collect information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.

13. Seller Refund to Buyers

  • No refund shall be given unless the Product received by Buyers is not usable, or absolute misleading from the product description and images displayed.
  • No refund will be given if the Buyers load the purchased files in other games that is not compatible. The world. file here is only fully functional in the Official 3DXChat Game.

14. Indemnity

  • You will indemnify us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint venturers and employees) against any claim or demand, including legal fees and costs, made against us by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Contract, or your infringement of any law or the rights of a third party in the course of using Our Website.

15. How we handle your Content

  • If you post content to any public area of Our Website it becomes available in the public domain. We have no control over who sees it or what anyone does with it.
  • You now irrevocably authorize us to publish feedback, comments and ratings about your Products, services and activity through Our Website, even though it may be defamatory or critical. If you have a problem with feedback or you think it is not true, please contact us at 3d************@***il.com

  • The administer and staffs of 3dxchatstore.com do not delete the user account except the User has breach the agreement. 
  • For ”Seller”, deleting your account doesn’t cancel your monthly subscription. Please visit Here to cancel your monthly subscription first. (If Apply)
